Q. Will I need to move out of my home during construction?

A. It all depends on the size and scope of your renovation. Often our construction methods and work processes means there isn't a need for clients to vacate their home.  We’ll work with you to complete your renovation with the minimal amount of disruption to your family.

Q. Is the contract price-fixed?

A. Yes, we always offer a fixed-price contract and we will work with you up front to design a renovation that suits your budget and tastes.

Q. How can I be certain the extension will be finished on time?

A. It typically takes about 5-6 months from your initial appointment to completion. Our contracts are written by the Queensland Master Builders’ Association and specify a completion date that includes provisions for penalties if this is not met.

Q. Do you guarantee your work?

A. Yes. All of our work is covered by the relevant QBSA requirements, giving you peace of mind and safety.

Q. Will you handle my design and building approvals?

A. Yes, our architect-led design team will develop your home extension from initial concept to working drawings and final building approvals; this also includes taking care of the associated regulatory fees.
